Review and approve all agreements and documents pertaining to the acquisition, disposition, or affiliation with another organization.
Non-profit Status
Taking all actions reasonably necessary to maintain the organization's 501(c)(3) status as a disregarded entity for income tax purposes and wholly owned subsidiary of Citadel, and maintain the tax-exempt status of the Bonds or any subsequent bonds.
